28 Mar Love Lists: PCRM’s Power Plate

There are resources that I just love so much that I feel compelled to share them. The Physicians Committee For Responsible Medicine (PCRM) website is loaded with information. One of my favorites is the “Power Plate“. It’s great for those trying to incorporate more plant-based foods into their existing diet. There is targeted information for kids, educators and health professionals. To get started, click below, select from any of the 4 food groups: fruits, legumes, grains, or vegetables for easy-to-prepare recipes. But don’t just read about it, be about it… roll up your sleeves and get cookin!
