Green Matcha Chai Latte

Serves: 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Homemade Almond Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 7 Pitted Dates
  • 3 Cardamon Pods
  • 1 cup of water
  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • Pinch of Pink Salt
Instructions
  1. Combine almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger, mint, and the cardamon pods in a medium saucepan, whisk and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower temperature, add a cup of water, cover and allow to simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain into a high-speed blender and let the mixture cool down for a few minutes, then add dates, matcha green tea and blend until smooth.
