Green Matcha Chai Latte
  
       - 3 Cups Homemade Almond Milk
  - 1 Teaspoon Matcha Green Tea Powder
  - ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  - ½ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  - 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  - ½ Teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger
  - 7 Pitted Dates
  - 3 Cardamon Pods
  - 1 cup of water
  - 6-8 Mint leaves
  - Pinch of Pink Salt
  
      - Combine almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger, mint, and the cardamon pods in a medium saucepan, whisk and bring to a boil.
  - Lower temperature, add a cup of water, cover and allow to simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  - Strain into a high-speed blender and let the mixture cool down for a few minutes, then add dates, matcha green tea and blend until smooth.

  - Optional: You can also add ice and turn into a frappe!
